The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 4307 - “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §60-2-23; and to amend and reenact §60-4-9 and §60-4-15 of said code, all relating to the powers of the alcohol beverage commission; prohibiting the commission from exercising authority over aircraft regulated by the United States Department of Transportation; providing that multiple licensees may operate in the same location; and authorizing the commission to propose legislative rules to establish a schedule of fees for licensees issued to state agencies.”
